What counts as a bid?
Each generation counts as one bid. Refinements through chat don't — iterate as much as you need on the same bid without using your monthly quota.
Why is there a refinement limit per bid?
Each refinement is another LLM call on our side. The per-bid cap keeps one bid from running up costs through long iteration loops — in practice most bids only need 2–4 refinements, so the included quota leaves plenty of room.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Generation pauses until the next month, or upgrade your plan and the new limit takes effect immediately. Your existing bids, templates, and analytics stay accessible regardless.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no email, no friction. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial — cancel inside the window and you won't be charged. Pro and Studio are billed immediately, but you can downgrade or cancel anytime.
